ordering online from kashi

It is simple to order products from the Kashi Australia website:

1. Choose the product you wish to purchase
2. Select your colour
3. Select your size
4. Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
5. If you wish to continue shopping, click the ‘Continue shopping’ button, alternatively, click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button to finalise your order.

All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure server. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase with Kashi Australia.

If you wish to purchase an item which is not currently on the website, please contact us as the item may be in stock, but not yet loaded to the website.

If you would prefer to purchase items via telephone, please contact us.

NB: Some colour/size options may not be available. If a suitable alternative colour cannot be found, a refund will be offered.

postage and shipping

All prices include delivery within Australia.

If you are purchasing outside of Australia, additional shipping will be calculated and you will be contacted by Kashi Australia with the total amount owing. Shipping must be paid for prior to delivery of goods.

Orders will be processed within 7 days of receipt of payment. Orders are despatched via Australia Post.

returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please contact us to arrange return of the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.

Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of despatch for Australian customers and within 60 days for international customers.

Customers returning items must pay for the return postage.
